JOB DESCRIPTION
The Environmental officer provides professional support by managing field on-site operations in coordination with client and ESPAK management, conducting research, analyzing field status and reporting. The Environmental Analyst works under the supervision of Manager Operations and as a team member with other staff.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead individual projects as needed, including developing and implementing on-site testing and monitoring initiatives.
• Facilitate reporting team with provision of on-time data.
• Coordinate with client before execution of job.
• Travel to other province, review and evaluate on-site conditions and communicate with field operations.
• Contribute to the collaborative, results-oriented, continuous improvement and learning culture in all actions and communications.

Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor degree in environmental science / environmental engineering or chemical / chemistry or similar field.
• Knowledge of National and Provincial Environmental Quality Standards.
• Passionate for research and field monitoring and analysis.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a field / off site environment. This role involve routinely uses of field equipment’s and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers machines.

Compensation:
This is a full-time, year-round position to be held with ESPAK.

Employee will be eligible for benefits offered by ESPAK, health insurance and competitive field allowances after a 3-month probationary period.
